Substance Abuse Rehabilitation Assistance

It is recognized that there will be circumstances where counselling alone is not enough to properly deal with alcohol or chemical dependency. The cost of obtaining the proper assistance can be more than you or your family is able to afford. If you or a family member suffers from alcohol or chemical dependency, the Plan may be able to offer you assistance with the cost of treatment. Please contact the Administrator to determine if you meet the required eligibility for coverage.
