- Work History – View the hours received on your behalf under both the Pension Plan or the Benefit Plan and from which Employer(s)
- Pension Account Balances – You can see a quick glance at your current balance along with the contributions that have been received on your behalf
Please note: the interest is only credited annually
- Benefit Plan Eligibility – See whether you have benefit coverage and for how long based on the hours reported to the Plan
- Member Demographics – View your personal information and the information of your enrolled dependents
You will need to enter your unique D.A. Townley ID as part of the registration process to create an account on the NEW MemberXG – My Benefits Portal.
Please note, this is NOT your Client ID that is found on your Pay-Direct card / wallet card – which is specific to your claims.
If you have received this new unique D.A. Townley ID number from the Plan Administrator, you are ready to register!
My Claims: Your NEW online Claims Portal
- 24/7 Access – View your benefit coverage, claims history, and verify balances remaining for certain benefits any time it’s convenient!
- Submit Claims Online – This means no more paper claim forms to complete. Be sure to have your receipts handy when you’re ready to submit them
- Easy Access to your Pay-Direct Card – You can access a digital copy of your Pay-Direct Card through the D.A. Townley My Claims app so you don’t have to carry your card with you
