The procedure for submitting claims to the Training Fund are outlined on the claim forms and Rules and Regulations. In order to ensure that your claim is eligible, you
should contact the training fund administrator prior to
incurring your claim. The administrator can also tell you what
information is required in order to be reimbursed for eligible
claims. Please refer to the forms on the right.
Do not submit claims to the Training Fund on the Extended
Health Benefit claim form, as they will be rejected. Please use the NDT Training Fund Forms by clicking the links on the right.
