LETTER OF UNDERSTANDING #3
Between:
Quality Control Council Of Canada
-And-
NDT Management Association
-And-
Other Contractors Signatory Hereto
This Letter Applies To Appendix "E" Pacific Region
It is understood and agreed by the parties to this letter that
in the event that it becomes necessary for the purposes of
securing project work that may take place within the Vancouver
area, the parties will meet to negotiate a mutually acceptable
modification to the travel time allowance within this agreement.
Any such arrangement will be intended to provide a standard
travel time allowance, for all employees covered under this
agreement.
