7.01 See Appendices
7.02 (a) If an employee who has completed an eight (8)
hour or longer normal shift, is required by the Employer or
customer to return to work before an eight (8) hour break
occurs the employee will be paid their applicable overtime
rate, for the next shift or until they have received an eight
(8) hour break.
(b) No employee shall be required to work two (2) full
straight time shifts in the same twenty-four (24) hour
period.
The twenty-four (24) hour period shall mean in one (1) calendar
day.
