20.01 When employees covered by this
Agreement are working out of the Employer's shop, they shall
not be involved in any illegal work stoppages and shall be
entitled to continue work notwithstanding such work stoppages.
In any case, the Employer shall be entitled to remove its
equipment from the job site.
20.02 It shall not be considered a violation of this
Agreement for an employee to refuse to cross a picket line.
There will be no discrimination for refusal to cross a picket
line. In such cases the Council will co-operate with the
Employer in seeking the removal of the Employer's equipment
from the job site.
20.03 In view of the orderly procedures established by
this agreement for the settling of disputes and the handling
of grievances, the Council agrees that during the life of this
Agreement, there shall be no strike, picketing, slowdown, or
stoppage of work, either complete or partial, and the Employer
agrees that there will be no lockout.
